An often overlooked but high value component of an American education is the cultural aspect. Business students will specially note how much effort is spent by their American counterparts in understanding the culture and norms of countries they plan to do business in. During an International Business Consultation course at Kelley, I got exposed to the care and preparation first hand. I learned how to understand my personal GlobeSmart profile and note the aspects I needed to pay close attention to.
