Do you need to Decline an On-Campus Interview?

Declining an interview is helpful. It helps employers select other candidates, and gives other students the opportunity to interview for a company they may want to work for.

Here are the simple steps to declining an interview through Kelley Connect.

  1. Log-In to Kelley Connect and select the “Interviews” Page from the left side bar.
  2. Your Requested Interviews will show up on the right side of the screen, along with the status of your request. If you are invited to interview, your screen will look similar to the graphic below:

  1. To decline the interview, click on the three vertical dots that appear under the “Invited” status on the far right. The following drop-down menu will appear:
  2. Select “Decline Interview.” You will be asked to confirm that you want to decline. You’re done!
