NEW: Use Kelley Connect to Reserve a Virtual Interview Room

Do you have an upcoming virtual interview? Use an interview room in the Prebys Career Center for a quiet, professional atmosphere to help you ACE your interview!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Reservations are on a first-come, first served basis so PLAN AHEAD!  
  • RESERVE THE ROOM 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE INTERVIEW TO ALLOW TIME TO SET UP
  • Come to the Prebys Career Center reception desk 10 minutes prior your reservation to check-in
  • All interview rooms have computers with web cams and phones
  • You are not able to download any special programs on our computers.  Call 812-855-2482 if an employer requests a program you are not familiar with

Requesting a Virtual Interview Room Set Up in Kelley Connect:

  1. Login to Kelley Connect
  2. Select Request Virtual Interview Room in the shortcuts (right side)
  3. Type: RESERVE VIRTUAL INTERVIEW ROOM
  4. Date Range: interview date
  5. Time Range: find the range of time for your interview
  6. Length: amount of time you will need the interview room
  7. Location: Virtual Interview Room @ Prebys/UCS
  8. Counselor(s): you will see any available interview rooms based on your search criteria. If no interview rooms are listed, contact the UCS at 812-855-2482 or come to the reception desk at Prebys Career Center
  9. Days of the Week: select the interview date
  10. Check Availability: available interview rooms will display on the right side
  11. Select the Interview Room and Time

Confirm Appointment in Kelley Connect:

  1. Reservation Purpose: see drop down
  2. Interview Type: see drop down
  3. Employer/Company Name: type the required information
  4. Employer/Company Contact’s Name: type the required information sent to you from the employer’s contact
  5. Employer/Company Contact’s email: type in the email address
  6. Additional Notes: add any other relevant information
  7. Submit Request: you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your reservation
