Operations Management

For any firm to deliver its promise to its customers, the firm must be able to manage its resources (e.g.,workforce, facilities) and processes (e.g., production, customer service) so as to achieve a profitable balance between supply and demand.  With this goal in mind, Operations Management aligns the firm’s resources and processes across the organization.  This concentration is designed around opportunities in consulting or corporate positions in manufacturing or service operations, business processes, purchasing, and quality assurance.
