The Store Process Planning Intern will work to understand store operations, identify areas of process improvement, and make recommendations for changes that will drive operational efficiency and/or elevate the associate experience. He/She will partner with various teams and subject-matter-experts to identify largest in-store areas of opportunity based on potential return on investment. The intern will be responsible for researching and proposing a solution(s) while keeping the customer and associate experience in mind.
- Work to determine improvements within the process, equipment, or operations within the store
- Partner cross functionally with teams and departments throughout the organization
- Spend time learning the ins and outs of each process area within stores
- Determine the impact technology can have to improve the customer and associate experience.
