- Be assigned a dedicated mentor (sales professional) who will meet with you on a weekly basis and support you on sales calls.
- Learn about our industry and receive weekly coaching on salesmanship from leadership.

Position Responsibilities
- Expand sales growth within assigned territory through a consultative selling approach.
- Coordinate and complete over 250+ sales visits throughout the summer.
- Offer practical solutions to large and small companies using our 40,000 item catalog.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Attend weekly sales meetings with sales staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and team player skills.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
