Kelley Undergraduate Career Services is excited to offer Kelley Sophomores and Juniors the opportunity to be matched with a Kelley Alumni Mentor who aligns with your academic interests and career goals.

Connect With a Mentor

Having a mentor who has walked the same path—navigating Kelley coursework, recruiting, and launching a successful career—can be an invaluable resource as you make important decisions during your academic years. Your mentor can offer insights, share personal experiences, and connect you with tools and resources that will help you thrive.

HOW IT WORKS

We’ve partnered with Mentor Collective, a nationally recognized mentoring platform, to manage the program and facilitate the matching process with Kelley Alumni.

To get started, simply complete a short survey where you’ll share some of your preferences and information such as:

• What you hope to gain from a mentor?

• How often you’d like to connect?

• Key traits or experiences you’d like to share with your mentor?

From there, Mentor Collective will carefully match you with a Kelley alum who best fits your preferences and goals.

The mentor/mentee matching process opens in September and closes in Mid-March.  Mentors and mentees wrap up their Mentor Collective partnership at end of July. At that time, sophomore students can re- enroll in the program in September and match with a new Kelley Alumni mentor for their Junior year. Sophomore mentees can continue meeting with their current mentor on their own, outside of the Mentor Collective program if the mentor agrees.
