Public Accounting

Audit – Examine company financial statements and report procedures to provide protection for creditors and stock holders. Tax – Prepare a company’s yearend tax statements, advise on mergers and acquisitions, and assist clients in complying with tax laws.

Corporate Accounting

Coordinate the processing, recording, and reporting of financial and production information for the company. Additionally, develop, implement, and evaluate accounting systems by analyzing financial performance to make recommendations to management.

Consulting/Advisory

Perform database analysis, financial modeling, general business analysis, research, and generate reports for the client or project team. In addition, consultants are actively involved in the application and transfer of specific skills and knowledge to the client.

Corporate Finance

Oversee capital investment decisions and maximize shareholder value through longterm and shortterm financial planning. 

Financial Analyst

Study companies to make buy and sell recommendations, often specializing in a single sector or industry. Use a wide variety of techniques for researching and making recommendations often used by traders, mutual fund managers, portfolio managers, and investors in their decision making processes.

Investment Banking

Run valuation analyses, perform complex financial modeling, conduct industry and company research and analysis, develop client presentations, write internal and external marketing memoranda, and support client relationships and business development.
