Management

This major is intended for students who are interested in the management of organizations such as businesses,governments, hospitals, and universities. Students will study strategic management, analysis and development of organizational design and change, negotiation strategies and tactics, and human resource development and utilization. Students will learn how to: use tools to make strategic decisions, identify the internal and external factors firms face, and apply critical thinking to complex management problems with multiple solutions.

First Destination

Outcomes for new graduates are referred to as "first destination," as this reflects each student's plan (or status) for the months immediately following graduation from the Kelley School of Business in Bloomington.  Additional details collected for those students whose status is "Employed Full Time" or "Continuing Education" help populate the aggregate charts and lists in the remaining selections, below.
